ALS students learn from Icarus

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Staff Sgt. Amanda Koldeway, 52nd Operations Support Squadron, knocks down one of her opposing team’s cones during a game of Icarus as opponent Senior Airman Andrew Fox, 52nd Operations Support Squadron Airman Leadership School student, attempts to stop her. The game was introduced to the ALS class as an opportunity to teach the young enlisted members about air and space principles along with the fundamentals of leadership, followership and teamwork.
