BITBURG, Germany -- Mr. Joachim Kandels, Bitburg mayor, receives a tour of the American Forces Network-Spangdahlem facility at the Bitburg French caserne area Dec. 8. It was the first time he had visited the broadcasting station and addressed U.S. servicemembers and their families. He discussed events and activities in the Bitburg area.
