Frankfurt

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Some of the Federal Republic of Germany’s tallest buildings, the famous Frankfurt skyline, can be found in Frankfurt am Main’s banking quarter. The city of Frankfurt is often called “Bankfurt” or “Mainhattan” because of its many financial institutions and the skyline. Frankfurt residents are known to be among the wealthiest in Europe.
