Fun and shopping opportunities at the Bitburg Beda market
BITBURG, Germany – A farmers’ market will highlight local culture and regional food specialties, including fruit, vegetables, meat, bread and other items March 18-20. Coffee and homemade cake will be served at the market located inside the Bauernhalle, or Farmers Market hall, located on Triererstrasse in Bitburg, Germany. Bitburg was called Beda in Celtic times, from which the market’s name originates. Entry is free. Opening times are noon to 6 p.m. March 18 and 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 19 and 20.
