Spangdahlem BX makes construction progress

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Udo Stuermer, left, 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron programs flight chief, and Rolf Neuhaus, 52nd CES project engineer, review the blueprints of the new Exchange here Aug. 17. Some of the planned amenities include a food court, barber shop, beauty salon, military clothing sales, concessionaire stands and a new retail store. The new structure will be a total of 107,316 square feet and will replace the current 15,446 square foot Exchange.
