Deployment club helps children cope

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Charles Wortman, son of Master Sgt. Charles Wortman, 606th Air Control Squadron, colors a picture for his dad during Deployment Club at Spangdahlem Elementary School Sept. 28. The Deployment Club is an after-school event held monthly while school is in session. It allows children whose parents are deployed to cope and navigate the many unique situations they may face.
