SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Seth Jones, a former Airman of the 52nd Security Forces Squadron, separated from the Air Force in August as a result of smoking Spice, a synthetic cannabis blend that produces similar effects to marijuana. The Uniform Code of Military Justice, the legal doctrine for all U.S. military members, prohibits the use of mind-altering drugs. Before separating, Jones spoke out to base Airman about the dangers of Spice use. (U.S. Air Force illustration/Tech. Sgt. Jonathan Pomeroy)
