Sabers commemorate WWII Battle of the Bulge soldiers
BASTOGNE, Belgium – Col. Chris Weggeman, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, and Roger Feller, 81st Fighter Squadron honorary commander, talk after reading the story of the Battle of the Bulge engraved on the Mardasson Memorial Nov. 4 here. This visit was a part of a trip hosted by Feller for the 81st FS and their families. During the trip, they visit World War II sites and memorials in Belgium and Luxembourg honoring the soldiers who liberated the two countries in WWII.
