Operations squadron earns high praise during inspection

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Senior Airman Blake Sowder, left, and Staff Sgt. Steven Ott, 52nd Operations Support Squadron air-traffic controllers, monitor aircraft in the local airspace here at the ground radar office Nov. 8. The 52nd OSS Airfield Operations Flight earned an “Outstanding” rating on the Air Traffic System Evaluation Program inspection after demonstrating their ability to provide safe and efficient air-traffic service to the 52nd Fighter Wing and 726th Air Mobility Squadron.
