FW tests active-shooter response

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – A suspect is handcuffed during an active-shooter training exercise at Bldg. 103 here Feb. 17. The 52nd Fighter Wing conducted the exercise to test the wing’s response to an active-shooter situation.
