SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Sean Kelty, 52nd Equipment Maintenance Squadron aircraft metals technology technician from Hayward, Calif., uses an oxygen and acetylene torch to cut a piece of metal inside the fabrication flight shop Jan. 25, 2013.
