Robert Arthur, 480th Aircraft Maintenance Unit weapons load crew team chief from Burgaw, N.C., uses a magnet to search for displaced metal fragments after replacing a weapon system on an U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft March 27, 2013.
