AAFES Announces Fuel Prices for Nov. 3 - 9 Published Nov. 1, 2007 Mainz Kastel, Germany -- The Army and Air Force Exchange Service is adjusting gasoline prices effective Oct. 27 based on the current weekly U.S. Department of Energy average price plus incremental costs associated with providing gasoline overseas.
