First F-16 Fighting Falcons leave for Duluth Published April 28, 2010 52nd Fighter Wing Public Affairs Office SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- The 52nd Fighter Wing said goodbye to six F-16 Fighting Falcons as they permanently departed Spangdahlem Air Base for the 148th FW, Minnesota Air National Guard, Duluth, Minn., as part of the Combat Air Forces Restructuring plan.
