Volkel Airmen pay tribute to 9/11 with Royal Netherlands AF
VOLKEL AIR BASE, Netherlands -- Tech. Sgt. Michael Randall, 703rd Munitions Support Squadron, addresses attendees at a memorial ceremony here Sept. 11.
