AAFES Announces Fuel Prices for 29 – Jan. 4 Published Dec. 31, 2007 Mainz Kastel, Germany -- The Army and Air Force Exchange Service is adjusting gasoline prices effective Dec. 29 based on the current weekly U.S. Department of Energy average price plus incremental costs associated with providing gasoline overseas. The DoE average price for unleaded grades of fuel and diesel decreased. As a result gas prices for Germany will be as follows: Regular -- $3.142 Mid Grade -- $3.255 Premium -- $3.369 Diesel -- $3.558
