SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Plastic eggs litter the ground in a field outside Club Eifel during an Easter celebration as part of the Month of the Military Child March 30, 2013. April is designated as the Month of the Military Child, and the Air Force provides special days and events to honor the family and their children. Commands are encouraged to plan appropriate activities that will focus attention on issues concerning children and the military community’s responsibility toward them throughout the month.
