RUFit Spiritual Fitness

CHAPLAIN CORPS COUNSELING
Chaplains are available to provide counseling to all military members, their dependents, and authorized Department of Defense civilians. Communication with a chaplain as either a formal act of religion or a matter of conscience is considered privileged communication in accordance with Military Rule of Evidence 503. Under this rule, "a person has a privilege to refuse to disclose and to prevent another from disclosing a confidential communication by the person to a clergyman or to a clergyman's assistant." contact the Chapel or call DSN 452-6711.

Chaplains Ruck Sack
The Air Force Chaplain Corps is here for your family. We provide spiritual care and the opportunity for Airmen, their families, and other authorized personnel to exercise their constitutional right to the free exercise of religion. This is accomplished through religious observances, providing pastoral care, and
advising leadership on spiritual, ethical, moral, morale, core values, and religious accommodation issues. As visible reminders of the Holy, Chaplains
directly or indirectly provide for the spiritual needs of Airmen, their families, and other authorized personnel. Chaplains do not perform duties incompatible with their faith group tenets, professional role, or noncombatant status, but we do want to assist you with your faith beliefs. Resiliency Retreats
6 Sessions of Empower Resiliency: To provide Airmen and their families with the skills needed to develop, enhance, and maintain resilience. Retreat setting to foster cognitive awareness and training for healthy relationships and living. Contact the Chapel or call DSN 452-6711

Marriage Care
Marriage care events are marriage enrichments retreats to enhance marital satisfaction. Counseling and teaching, either through one on one or in class
setting. Complete confidentiality is offered in counseling. Couple's classes are offered quarterly to enhance healthy relationships often mitigating persistent issues. Contact the Chapel or call DSN 452-6711

Airman & Family Readiness Center
The Airman & Family Readiness Center's primary focus is to support readiness by helping families and single Airmen adapt to the demands of Air Force life and to assist commanders in responding to identified concerns and issues. The center designs, develops and conducts quality of life programs according to base and community needs and capabilities through the Unit Service Strategy. The Unit Service Strategy works to plan, implement and evaluate services at the unit level through face-to-face interactions and partnerships with leadership. Building 307.

F-16 FIGHTING FALCON

   The F-16 Fighting Falcon is a compact, multi-role fighter aircraft. It is highly maneuverable and has proven itself in air-to-air combat and air-to-surface attack. It provides a relatively low-cost, high-performance weapon system for the United States and allied nations.
