6/11/2014 - U.S. Air Force pilots walk to their aircraft to fly with NATO allies during exercise EAGLE TALON at Lask Air Base, Poland, June 9, 2014. This exercise represents the first time the U.S. has participated in the Polish-led exercise. Polish armed forces trained with U.S. pilots to increase interoperability with air-to-air and air-to-surface capabilities for future NATO operations. The exercise encompasses large-force formations that focus on mastering air defense. (U.S. Air Force photo by Airman 1st Class Kyle Gese/Released)
