Turbo-charged crescendo for fitness campaign

A chicken-pot-pie soup is displayed with a whole-wheat buttermilk cheese biscuit during a cooking demonstration at the Health Promotions Kitchen in the Eifel Powerhaus at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Feb. 11, 2015. U.S. Air Force Airman Kimberly Collins, 52nd Force Support Squadron fitness apprentice, prepared the soup for the demonstration as part of the Largest Loser Campaign, a collaborative effort of the Health Promotion’s office and the fitness center designed to aid individuals seeking a healthier lifestyle. The ingredients for the soup included flour, water, fat-free milk, celery stalks, chopped onions, baby portabella mushrooms, chicken bouillon, ground pepper, thyme, mixed vegetables, potatoes, salt and diced chicken breasts.
