Children celebrate importance of reading

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Col. David Julazadeh, 52 Fighter Wing vice commander, reads “The Cat In The Hat” by Dr. Seuss to Ms. Judy Harvin’s second grade class during Read Across America at Spangdahlem Elementary School here March 5. The National Education Association’s Read Across America Program began March 2, 1998, Dr. Seuss’ birthday.
