SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Capt. Matthew "Vino" Kaercher, an A-10 pilot from the 81st Fighter Squadron, has been named the 52nd Fighter Wing's Top Saber Performer for the Week of June 29 - July 5.

Why joined: I joined the United States Air Force to become an officer and hopefully have the opportunity to fly the A-10.
