FW recognizes 2011 Maintenance Professionals of the Year
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – From left, Col. Chris Weggeman, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, and 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron load crew members Staff Sgt. Clay, Atencio and Elkington were announced as the winners of the 2011 52nd FW Weapons Load Crew of the Year Award during the banquet. Weggeman, wearing coveralls to show support for the maintainers, joined Airmen from the 52nd Maintenance Group and 52nd Munitions Maintenance Group attending the banquet to recognize contribution made by maintenance professionals to mission readiness throughout the year.
