Ready for anything: Response Kickoff
52nd Security Forces Squadron patrolman Max Greve approaches casualties at the scene of a simulated chemical attack as part of Exercise Swift Saber 25 at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, April 21, 2025. Airmen from across the wing demonstrated their ability to detect, respond to, and recover from simulated CBRN incidents, explosive attacks, and drone incursions throughout the combat readiness exercise. Exercises like Swift Saber 25 strengthen the 52nd FW’s warfighting capabilities by validating ACE concepts such as rapid threat response, dispersed operations, and mission generation in contested environments.
