Spangdahlem launches CFC with picnic

The Combined Federal Campaign Overseas banner flies during the CFC-O kickoff at the base pavilion on Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, Sept. 21, 2015. The kick-off started at 12 p.m. and lasted until 2 p.m., offering the base community free food, outdoor activities and a means to give to the charities of their choice.
