606th ACS convoys to Poland
A U.S. Air Force convoy stops for fuel at a German military base in Beelitz, Germany, en route to Poland Sept. 1, 2015. The Bundeswehr, or German armed forces, hosted members of the 606th Air Control Squadron overnight on their way to Poland in support of Aviation Detachment Rotation 15-4. The U.S. Air Force Aviation Detachment stationed at Łask Air Base, Poland, will host the rotation from Aug. 31 -- Sept. 25, 2015, as the latest training exercise designed to strengthen the interoperability of NATO allies.
