Operation winterize takes hold of Spangdahlem

Floyd Winbush, an Auto Skill Center mechanic, measures the tread of a vehicle’s tire on the Saber driving course during operation winterize, Nov. 6, 2015, at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany.
