Leadership installs Fiber optic cables

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – U.S. Air Force Chief Master Sgt. Matthew Grengs, 52nd Fighter Wing command chief master sergeant, looks through a fiber scope at a fiber optic cable Aug. 14, 2013.
