Fitness center delay "worth the wait"

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany- Multiple quality control discrepancies delayed the 52nd Fighter Wing from opening the new fitness center here. In order for the U.S. government to take ownership of the facility, the contractor must meet the contractual requirements, according to 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron representatives.
