Greece partners with US for bilateral training
A U.S. Air Force F-16 Fighting Falcon fighter aircraft pilot from the 480th Fighter Squadron at Spangdahlem Air Base, Germany, dons his flight gear Aug. 8, 2014, prior to departing for a bilateral training event to Souda Bay, Greece, Aug. 11-23. Nearly 20 aircraft are participating from Spangdahlem to strengthen the air-to-air compatibility between the U.S. and Greece, with the hopes that such training will lead to regional peace and stability throughout Europe.
