100 miles, 4 days
NIJMEGEN, Netherlands -- Members of the 52nd Logistics Readiness Squadron march along with other people from various countries during day one of the International Four Days Marches held in Nijmegen, the Netherlands, July 16, 2013. The march consists of 100 miles completed over the course of four days. Participants have 12 hours to complete the daily allotted mileage ranging from 24-26 miles per day. The 52nd LRS formed a team to compete for the event’s group medal. In order to win the medal, each member must cross the finish line within the allotted time each day of the event.
