SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany-- 52nd Medical Operations Squadron Emergency Medical Technician, Deutsches Rotes Kreuz, and 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron Fire Fighters assist a victim during the Mutual Aid Agreement Validation Exercise July 12, 2008.
