BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Christopher Kelley, 23rd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron air crew flight equipment technician, grinds down a helmet visor for an F-16 Fighting Falcon pilot here, Feb. 14. The technicians grind away just enough to ensure that the pilot can see the heads up display clearly and completely. A cathode ray tube projects the heads up display inside the helmet.
