BALAD AIR BASE, Iraq -- Tech. Sgt. Christopher Kelley, 23rd Expeditionary Fighter Squadron air crew flight equipment technician, replaces the cathode ray tube assembly inside of a helmet visor here, Feb. 14. The cathode ray tube projects a visual display inside the helmet. The 23rd EFS was the first fighter squadron to deploy to the area of operation with the joint helmet mounted cueing system in June 2006.
