SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Master Sgt. Marcus Wright, 52nd Operations Support Squadron, gives leadership and local nationals a tour of the new Air Traffic Control Tower after the Air Traffic Control Tower ribbon cutting ceremony March 13, 2009.
