Sabers prepare to deploy

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, GERMANY -- Tech. Sgt. Terri Elftmann, 52nd Medical Operations Squadron NCOIC Allergy/Immunization Clinic, administers an Anthrax shot March 16 at the immunization clinic here to Senior Airman Wendy Salas, 52nd Maintenance Operations Squadron information manager. The shot was Airman Salas’ fifth shot; the initial series of Anthrax shots is six. The Air Force started an anthrax vaccine immunization program for Airmen assigned to high-threat areas.
