52nd Medical Group pays tribute

BITBURG AIR BASE, Germany -- Senior Airman Derek Murphy, 52nd Medical Group war reserve material technician, salutes a medical memorial during the 52nd Medical Group commander’s call at Bitburg Castle Theater Aug. 12. The commander’s call was one of many events held during the day to celebrate the 60th anniversary of the Air Force’s Medical Corps. The commander’s call was followed by a responsible choices bon fire, barbeque with live music, cake cutting and a deployed spouses’ recognition ceremony.
