Staff delegate visits Spangdahlem

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Tech. Sgt. Joel Booth, 52nd Equipment Maintenance Squadron F-16 Inspection Section chief, gives a maintenance brief to Kris Mallard, staff delegate for the U.S. House Appropriations Committee-Defense Aug. 19.
