Veterans Day: Honoring American heroes past, present

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- The 702nd Munitions Support Squadron Color Guard from Buechel Air Base, Germany, stands at attention in front of the grave of Gen. George S. Patton Jr., Third Army commander during World War II, with Helen Patton-Plusczyk, General Patton's granddaughter, during the annual Veterans Day ceremony at the Luxembourg American Cemetery and Memorial in Luxembourg City Nov. 11.
