Retiree rewarded for 43 years of service
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany -- Col. Jodine Tooke, 52nd Mission Support Group commander, presents a certificate of appreciation to Helga E. Bialluch, retired 52nd Civil Engineer Squadron manpower technician, for her 43 years of dedication and service to Spangdahlem Air Base during her retirement ceremony Jan. 29 in the 52nd CES conference room.
