Ultimate chef

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Margarita glasses dipped in salt and garnished with sliced lime wedges were among the decked-out dishes prepared by the dining facility chefs during the Ultimate Chef Showdown at Club Eifel May 13. The dining facility team prepared a three-course Mexican meal for the judges, while Club Eifel served Italian fare. Both teams were judged based on a variety of criteria, including presentation.
