Fire Safety Parade

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Three-year-old Daniel Brown gives a high-five to Sparky the fire safety dog after a fire truck parade through base housing as part of Fire Prevention Week Oct. 9. The day also included a fire brigade parade of German and U.S. fire trucks through Spangdahlem’s housing loop and fire emergency services activities such as auto extrication demonstration, U.S. and German fire truck static displays, hose bowling, bunker drills, a smoke house, stove safety and a free barbeque.
