SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany –One of 37 t-shirts designed by members from the Spangdahlem community hangs on a clothesline in front of the post office to promote domestic violence awareness as part of the Clothesline Project Oct. 27. The Clothesline Project is a way for individuals affected by domestic violence to convey their emotions through artistically decorating a t-shirt to inform others about the dangers of domestic abuse.
