IEA: Day two complete
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Senior Master Sgt. Kirk Baldwin, 52nd Communications Squadron postal operations superintendant, speaks to Col. Kenneth R. Rizer, 11th Wing commander from Joint Base Andrews, Md., about postal operations here Jan. 26 in the post office. Colonel Rizer visited the base as part of an Installation Excellence Selection Board that visited the base to conduct a two-day evaluation to determine the Air Force's Installation Excellence and Special Recognition Award winners. Spangdahlem AB is competing against Travis Air Force Base, Calif., for this year's IEA. The base that wins receives $1 million to increase quality of life.
