SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Col. Christopher Weggeman, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, and Juan Carrizales, Internal Revenue Service senior tax consultant from San Antonio, Texas, cut the 52nd FW Tax Center ribbon held by Capt. Emily Wilson, 52nd FW Judge Advocate chief of civil law, and Airman 1st Class Emilymae Beckett, 52nd FW JA claims paralegal, to mark its opening Jan. 28.
