BUECHEL AIR BASE, Germany – Col. Christopher Weggeman, 52nd Fighter Wing commander, presents Joann Stidham, wife of Tech. Sgt. Christian Stidham, 702nd Munitions Maintenance Squadron in Buechel Air Base, Germany, the Command Civilian Award for Valor Feb. 24.
