Popular workout creator inspires, tires USAFE Airmen
SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Staff Sgt. Noel Abad, 86th Force Support Squadron, Ramstein Air Base, participates in the Kenpo X portion of a P90X workout session at the Skelton Memorial Fitness Center here Oct. 8. Tony Horton, creator of the program, visited Europe as part of an Armed Forces Entertainment tour to Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, Kosovo and the United Kingdom. Horton and his staff spoke with Airmen after the workout session about the relationship among exercise, diet, fitness and health.
