Popular workout creator inspires, tires USAFE Airmen

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Tech. Sgt. Chris McIver, 52nd Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, grits his teeth during a P90X workout session here Oct. 8. Tony Horton, creator of P90X, visited Europe as part of an Armed Forces Entertainment tour to Italy, The Netherlands, Germany, Kosovo and the United Kingdom. Horton and his staff spoke with Airmen after the workout session about the relationship among exercise, diet, fitness and health.
