SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Staff Sgt. Eric Sims, 52nd Component Maintenance Squadron aircraft fuels systems repair craftsman, lifts a weighted log during fitness training at the combat fitness facility here Nov. 30. Air Force Fitness Assessments continue throughout the winter season; however, the 1.5 mile run portion will consist of 22 laps inside the Skelton Memorial Fitness Center gymnasium on days when the temperature falls below 20 degrees Fahrenheit.
