DFAC Serves up fresh meals

SPANGDAHLEM AIR BASE, Germany – Tech. Sgt. Andrews Adinig, 52nd Force Support Squadron dining facility assistant manager, verifies the quality and quantity of food products during a delivery at the Mosel Hall Dining Facility here March 13. The DFAC provides fresh meals to more than 4,270 enlisted service members on a daily basis to include breakfast, lunch, dinner and midnight meals. In addition, they provide service to all Department of Defense civilians, military service members and reserve officer training corps cadets with temporary duty orders. The DFAC also provides service to all family members and retirees on a case by case base, such as Thanksgiving, Christmas and Air Force birthdays.
